Get To Know Me
I love to travel AND love to get in water. After two days of sightseeing in Salzburg in the heat of August 2018, with my daughter, I was longing for a swim. We learned there was a natural lake within biking distance from the city center, so we decided to take a chance. We mapped it out, rented bikes, and pedaled our way there. After 30 minutes and a few wrong turns, we were rewarded with a refreshing swim in a clear mountain lake surrounded by forest. I love relishing moments of joy like this in my own life and helping others stop and own their moments of joy too.
My first job that I loved -Health educator at the Pritikin Longevity center, a world-renown health & wellness program in Santa Monica CA. It was an early and impressionable experience for me to witness immense improvements in health with simple lifestyle changes.
I have a special interest in health, cooking foods that promote health and well-being, and a clear intention to live an active and health-promoting lifestyle.
I spend my weekends at the Farmers Market, reading or gardening or ideally at East Beach playing volleyball.
