
The Joy of Now Book club is a place to continue our growth and learning. An opportunity to read books that can stimulate our creativity in our work, in our play, in our relationships, and how we show up in the world. Did you know that reading is a great way to exercise our brain? I also want to highlight appreciation, of who we are NOW, and what we have NOW, our awareness of the Joy of Now.
The books chosen are 200-350 pages which means just 1-2 hours /week ( or 15 min/day) of focused reading or listening time.
We have a monthly discussion covering the current book.
We also have a Facebook Group for ongoing discussion.
